meet our team
dvlp was established in January 2018 and continues the project development of the established value BiS Promoties. Under the direction of Axel De Bisscop, dvlp is developing high end new construction projects, where dvlp uses architecture with the aim to create spaces and buildings that fit perfectly with the contemporary lifestyle and urban areas.
